Ways to Give
Thank you for supporting our Year End Appeal. Because of you, we were able to raise more than $20,000 before the end of 2019, exceeding our goal! Funds were raised to purchase new copy machines and soundproof the Griffin Center cafeteria.
The passion and support of people like you keeps us going and we hope we make you proud with how we pay these funds forward to benefit local students who rely on your generosity so they can access the very best in classical education.
Save-the-date for this year's event! Thursday, April 2nd!

Volunteering your time is a big investment. Earlier this year, Independent Sector released the 2019 value of volunteer time at $25.43 per hour! This dollar amount along with keeping a log of hours volunteered helps other organizations understand the incredible contributions that volunteers make here at Aristoi.
Some companies will also match hours their employees make with actual cash donations!
For on-campus volunteers, please log your hours on the laptop provided at the end of each shift.
Volunteers can also log their hours from home by visiting

As a donor, you may be able to double your contribution to Aristoi with the help of your employer. Employee Matching Gifts are donations an employer makes to match its employees’ charitable contributions. Some companies may also give grants or gifts for employees’ volunteer efforts.

Guidelines and amounts vary with each company. Check with your Human Resources department, check to see if your company is on this list, or contact Natalie DeJong for more information about matching gifts.

A planned gift is a contribution that is arranged in the present and allocated at a future date. You can designate Aristoi as a beneficiary of your estate, 401(k), insurance policy or other planned account. Planned giving is a way to support Aristoi by enabling philanthropic individuals to make larger gifts than they would make from ordinary income. Some planned gifts provide life-long income to the recipient. Other gift plans use estate and tax planning to provide for charities and heirs in ways that maximize the gift and/or maximize the benefit to the donor’s estate. Commonly donated through a will or trust, planned gifts are most often granted once the donor has passed away.

If you are considering a planned gift or would like more information about making a planned gift, please contact Natalie DeJong.

Aristoi Classical Academy is a 501c3 tax-exempt organization, EIN: 76-0495959. All gifts that are directly donated to Aristoi and support the mission of Aristoi Classical Academy are deductible to the full extent allowable by law.

As a charter school, Aristoi Classical Academy receives funding from the state under a formula that pays the school an amount per pupil based on average daily attendance. This amount is, on average, $3,000 less per pupil than the amount paid to Katy Independent School District. Additionally, charter schools are not allowed to fund facilities through taxpayer approved bonds; consequently, charters must pay for all spending (including for facilities).

Aristoi utilizes resources to deliver the very best classical education to students that would not otherwise have access to this level of academic rigor and character development.

Supporting education and the development of our youth is important to all of us, and our success depends on your support.

Gifts to Aristoi help make up the difference between state and federal funding and the actual cost of educating our students.

Aristoi has earned a Gold Seal of Transparency. GuideStar is the world’s largest source of information on nonprofit organizations.
